An order confirmation with a link to your online voucher will also be e-mailed to you within two hours of completing your purchase. Are there any restaurants/bars at the at the top of the Empire State Building?
There are no dining or concession options on the observation deck levels. However, there are plenty of food and beverage options at the concourse on the lobby level.

Will the weather affect my visit to the Empire State Building?
The Top of the Rock is open 365 days a year from 8 am to 2 am, regardless of weather conditions. An indoor climate-controlled viewing gallery offers iconic views of the cityscape if you don’t feel like enduring less than ideal weather conditions.

Is there an outdoor viewing area?
Yes! The Main Deck (86th floor) open-air observation deck wraps around the whole building.

Does my ticket include a tour or audio guide?
Yes, every admission to the Empire State Building includes a free Multimedia handheld tour.

How long do I have to use my ticket?
Your voucher is valid for 12 months after you make your purchase. Once you redeem your voucher, you will receive a ticket, and that ticket expires after 10 days.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?
No. When you start your order, you will have to choose the day you believe you are going to use the voucher. However, we do understand that plans change so you have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire.

Can I use my voucher to get into the Empire State Building?
